2. Backup Frequency & Retention
Backup schedules and retention periods are customer-selected based on purchased backup plans.
- Retention duration depends on selected configurations.
- Storage limitations may apply.
- Retention policies may vary by infrastructure environment.
3. Recovery Limitations
Techsynix performs commercially reasonable efforts to restore backups subject to:
- Backup availability
- Retention period validity
- Storage integrity
- Infrastructure conditions
- Operational feasibility
Techsynix does not guarantee successful restoration, complete recovery, data integrity, corruption-free backups, or uninterrupted backup availability under all circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent offsite backups.
- Customers should validate backup integrity regularly.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing backup coverage after provisioning.
- Provisioning teams may share backup implementation checklists after service activation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Techsynix shall not be liable for:
- Backup corruption
- Failed restorations
- Ransomware impact
- Customer-side deletion
- Retention expiration
- Misconfigured backup paths
- Incomplete recovery attempts
Customers acknowledge that backup systems reduce operational risk but cannot eliminate all possibilities of data loss.
