1. General Refund Principles
All payments made to Techsynix Innovations are considered final unless otherwise explicitly approved by Techsynix in writing.
- Refunds are discretionary unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
- Refund reviews may include fraud analysis, infrastructure usage review, abuse investigation, and compliance checks.
- Techsynix reserves the right to deny refunds where services were successfully provisioned or partially consumed.
2. Refund Eligible Cases
- Provisioning failure caused by verified Techsynix operational fault.
- Duplicate billing caused by system error.
- Undelivered paid services.
- Severe unresolved infrastructure failure.
- Verified billing discrepancies.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Setup fees
- Provisioning charges
- Software licenses
- Operating system licenses
- Domain registrations
- Consumed bandwidth
- Consumed compute resources
- Partially used billing cycles
- Dedicated hardware allocations
- Migration services
- Third-party vendor costs
- Abuse-suspended services
- KYC failures
- Customer-side misconfiguration
- Buyer’s remorse
4. Demo & Trial Services
Demo, promotional, trial, evaluation, or beta services are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis and are generally non-refundable.
- Techsynix may terminate demo services at any time.
- Demo environments may have reduced redundancy and limited monitoring.
- Trial environments may include operational limitations and temporary infrastructure.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent disputes, unauthorized reversals, or payment abuse are treated as severe policy violations.
- Services may be suspended immediately.
- Accounts may be permanently blacklisted.
- Fraud indicators may be shared with payment processors and anti-fraud systems.
- Legal recovery action may be initiated where necessary.
6. KYC & Compliance Review
- Refunds may remain pending until verification checks are completed.
- False identities may result in permanent refund denial.
- Sanctions, fraud, or abuse indicators may result in restricted processing.
7. Service Suspension
No refunds shall be issued for services suspended due to:
- Phishing
- Malware hosting
- Spam activity
- Network abuse
- DDoS-related activity
- Illegal content
- Policy violations
8. Cancellation & De-Provisioning
- Customers are responsible for requesting cancellation before renewal dates.
- Failure to cancel does not waive recurring billing obligations.
- De-provisioning may permanently delete customer data and backups.
- Customers remain responsible for securing independent backups before cancellation.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds may require commercially reasonable processing time depending on:
- Banking systems
- Payment processors
- Compliance reviews
- Operational investigations
- Fraud analysis
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techsynix Innovations shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Cyber incidents
- Data loss
- Software incompatibility
- Internet instability
- Force majeure events
