Certain services may rely on upstream infrastructure providers, cloud vendors, internet carriers, payment processors, software licensors, and external service providers.
2. Binding Acceptance
By accessing, ordering, provisioning, configuring, activating, testing, paying for, or continuing to use Techsynix Services, customers acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by:

3. Customer Eligibility & Verification
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers remain solely responsible for:
- Server administration
- Password security
- Application security
- Patch management
- Firewall configuration
- Backup maintenance
- Legal compliance
- Content legality
- Customer Data
Unmanaged services require technical expertise and Techsynix shall not be liable for customer-side operational failures.
5. Acceptable Use Restrictions
Customers shall not use Services for:
- Malware hosting
- Phishing campaigns
- Spam operations
- DDoS attacks
- Credential theft
- Ransomware activity
- Cybercrime
- Illegal automation
- Crypto mining without authorization
- Unauthorized scanning
- TOR exit nodes
- Illegal or harmful activity
6. Service Availability
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- Techsynix does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
- Continuous connectivity is not guaranteed.
- Cyberattacks and upstream outages may affect availability.
- Emergency mitigation and maintenance may impact services.
7. Data Protection & Backups
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Backups are not included.
- Backup verification is not guaranteed.
- Restoration success cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers must maintain independent offsite backups.
8. Cybersecurity Services Disclaimer
Cybersecurity services reduce operational and security risks but cannot eliminate all threats.
- Complete prevention of attacks is not guaranteed.
- Regulatory certification is not guaranteed.
- Absence of vulnerabilities cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers remain responsible for internal governance and endpoint security.
9. Billing, Payments & Renewals
- Services become billable upon provisioning or activation.
- Invoices must be paid before due dates.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account blacklisting.
10. Refund Limitations
Refunds are discretionary unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- Software licenses are non-refundable.
- Consumed resources are non-refundable.
- Policy-violating usage is non-refundable.
11. Suspension & Enforcement Rights
Techsynix may suspend, isolate, filter, restrict, or terminate Services immediately where:
- Abuse is detected
- Infrastructure stability is threatened
- Fraud indicators exist
- Malware is identified
- KYC remains incomplete
- Company policies are violated
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techsynix shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Cyber incidents
- Data loss
- Internet instability
- Hardware faults
- Force majeure events
13. Indemnification
Customers agree to defend and indemnify Techsynix against claims, liabilities, damages, disputes, abuse complaints, cyber incidents, intellectual property disputes, or regulatory actions arising from customer usage or policy violations.
14. Third-Party Dependencies
Techsynix may rely on third-party providers for:
- Connectivity
- Cloud infrastructure
- Payment processing
- Software licensing
- Domain registration
- Anti-abuse systems
Techsynix shall not be responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, routing failures, or operational limitations.
15. Data Disclosure & Law Enforcement
Techsynix may preserve, monitor, access, or disclose customer information where reasonably necessary for:
- Fraud prevention
- Infrastructure protection
- Legal compliance
- Law enforcement cooperation
- Cybersecurity investigations
- CERT compliance
16. Intellectual Property
All Techsynix branding, systems, dashboards, APIs, workflows, software, scripts, automation logic, and operational tooling remain exclusive intellectual property of Techsynix unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
17. Force Majeure
Techsynix shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide Services caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- Cyberattacks
- Government restrictions
- Power disruptions
- Upstream provider failures
- War or sanctions
18. Modifications
Techsynix reserves the right to:
- Modify Services
- Update pricing
- Change operational practices

Continued use of Services after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
