1. Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TechSynix Innovations handles personal information and related data when users visit the website, submit enquiries, use the client portal, request quotations, purchase services, receive support, participate in KYC, communicate with the company, or use hosting, cloud, data center, managed IT, security, backup, and related services.
This policy applies to customers, prospective customers, authorized users, representatives, vendors, job applicants, website visitors, support contacts, and other individuals whose information is processed in connection with TechSynix Innovations services.
Where TechSynix Innovations processes Customer Content inside hosted systems, the customer remains responsible for the content, lawful basis, notices, permissions, retention choices, and end-user compliance obligations associated with that content.
2. Definitions
Personal Information means information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual, such as name, email address, phone number, address, identity documents, billing records, account identifiers, IP address, login records, support communications, and device or usage data.
Operational Data means logs, telemetry, alerts, abuse reports, resource usage, configuration records, support tickets, infrastructure events, security findings, service status, audit trails, and other technical data generated through service delivery.
Processing includes collection, recording, storage, organization, retrieval, use, disclosure, transmission, restriction, deletion, and other handling of information.
3. Information We Collect
TechSynix Innovations may collect names, company details, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, tax or billing information, order history, invoice details, payment status, KYC details, identity or business verification documents, portal credentials, support messages, uploaded files, service requirements, project documents, and authorized contact information.
Technical and operational information may include IP addresses, device data, browser data, timestamps, requested pages, session identifiers, cookies, login events, server logs, DNS details, domain names, service IDs, ticket metadata, error logs, security alerts, resource usage, abuse notices, backup status, monitoring data, and customer environment details supplied for support.
Payment card or banking information may be processed by third-party payment providers. TechSynix Innovations generally receives transaction references, payment status, payer details, and dispute information rather than full card data, unless a particular payment workflow requires additional information.
4. Sources of Information
Information may be collected directly from users, customer representatives, account administrators, payment processors, CRM or support tools, analytics tools, fraud prevention vendors, KYC providers, domain or hosting vendors, data center partners, law enforcement notices, abuse reporters, public records, and service monitoring systems.
Customers must ensure they have authority to provide information about their employees, contractors, clients, end users, or other third parties. Customers must not upload personal data to services unless they have the required rights, notices, consents, contracts, and security controls.
5. How We Use Information
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, verify identity, prevent fraud, activate services, provide credentials, manage billing, collect payments, issue invoices, provide support, maintain infrastructure, monitor availability, troubleshoot incidents, process cancellations, review refunds, and manage renewals.
Information may also be used for security monitoring, abuse prevention, access control, audit logging, vulnerability response, compliance checks, vendor coordination, service improvement, capacity planning, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, record keeping, and enforcement of company policies.
TechSynix Innovations may use business contact details to send service notices, renewal reminders, policy updates, security alerts, support responses, and relevant operational communications. Marketing communications, where used, may be limited or stopped as required by applicable law.
6. KYC, Fraud Prevention, and Security Reviews
Certain services may require identity, address, business, payment ownership, domain ownership, intended-use, or beneficial-owner verification before activation or continued service. Verification may be required for high-risk orders, dedicated servers, cloud resources, public IP allocations, security-sensitive services, high-value transactions, suspicious activity, or abuse history.
Failure to complete verification, submission of inconsistent information, use of forged documents, suspicious payment behavior, sanctions indicators, or refusal to answer reasonable security questions may result in delayed provisioning, restricted access, suspension, cancellation, refund refusal where permitted, or permanent refusal of service.
KYC records and fraud indicators may be retained for compliance, security, risk management, dispute handling, and abuse prevention.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
Information may be shared with data centers, cloud providers, network carriers, domain registrars, software vendors, payment processors, banks, CRM providers, email providers, analytics vendors, KYC or fraud prevention providers, professional advisors, auditors, insurers, collection agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where reasonably necessary.
TechSynix Innovations may disclose information to investigate abuse, protect infrastructure, prevent fraud, comply with legal process, respond to emergency security threats, enforce terms, resolve disputes, recover unpaid amounts, or complete a business transfer.
TechSynix Innovations does not sell customer personal information as a standalone business activity. Third-party processors are expected to use information only for the relevant service, legal, security, or operational purpose.
8. International Processing and Transfers
Information may be processed in India and in other jurisdictions where hosting providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, support tools, communication tools, data center partners, or vendors operate.
Different jurisdictions may have different data protection standards. By using services that involve international infrastructure or vendors, the customer acknowledges that information may be transferred and processed where necessary for service delivery, support, security, and compliance.
9. Retention and Deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, billing, accounting, tax records, warranty administration, security monitoring, backup operations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, vendor obligations, and legitimate business records.
Customer Content may be deleted after cancellation, termination, migration, non-payment, policy breach, service expiry, or completion of agreed retention. Backup copies and logs may persist for limited periods according to operational cycles and legal requirements.
Deletion requests may be limited where information is needed for invoices, accounting, legal claims, security logs, abuse records, KYC obligations, fraud prevention, or contractual performance.
10. Security Measures
TechSynix Innovations uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards such as access controls, credential practices, monitoring, secure configuration, vendor controls, ticket controls, and security review processes.
No method of transmission, hosting, storage, authentication, backup, or monitoring is completely secure. Customers must use strong passwords, multifactor authentication where available, least-privilege access, secure applications, current patches, and independent backups.
Customers must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, data exposure, malware, phishing, or suspicious account activity using official contacts.
11. User Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent relating to their personal information. Requests may require identity verification and sufficient details to locate the relevant information.
TechSynix Innovations may deny, limit, or delay a request where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, privileged information, trade secrets, third-party rights, backup integrity, operational feasibility, unresolved disputes, unpaid amounts, or other lawful reasons.
Where TechSynix Innovations processes information on behalf of a customer, individuals may need to contact that customer directly as the responsible controller or business owner.
